Hi, I’m Amruta Bhosale — once a lawyer by profession, now a spice maker by passion.
I grew up in a lively joint family where food was love, and the secret ingredient was always our hand-pounded masalas. Though life took me through law school and even saw me try out for the Indian Defence services, my heart always returned to the aromas of my mother’s and aunt’s kitchen.
In 2022, Bhosale Masale's journey started to keep that tradition alive — blending old-world methods with a modern touch. From Mumbai’s chaotic spice markets to perfecting recipes that taste like home, this journey has been fueled by love, memories, and a pinch of boldness.
