📦 Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation :

• If you’d like to cancel your order, please let us know on the same day you placed it. We’ll do our best to help, but if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Return:

At Bhosale Masale, we take utmost care in packaging and quality checks to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.

🔁 Please note: We do not accept returns.

✅ However, you can request an exchange only if:

• The product delivered is broken or damaged

• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• You share photo/video proof of the damage via WhatsApp or email 

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.

• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like:

• Change of mind

• Taste preferences

• Incorrect address provided during order
